Song Jian, former Member of the Judicial Committee and Presiding Judge of the Intellectual Property Division (2008-2016) of the Jiangsu Provincial High People's Court, served as a Second Senior Judge and Deputy Inspector. Specializing in intellectual property adjudication since 2004, he has published dozens of articles in prestigious legal journals such as Chinese Journal of Law, Intellectual Property, Law Application, People's Judiciary, China Patent & Trademark, and Technology & IP Finance. In 2012, he was selected among the first cohort of "National Leading Talents in Intellectual Property," and in 2014, was recognized as a "National Expert in Adjudication" by the Supreme People's Court.
