Dr. Gan Haibing brings over 20 years of senior management experience in Fortune 500 companies, having held positions at multiple multinational corporations such as Motorola (U.S.), Alcatel (France), and Technicolor (U.S.). He holds an MBA from the University of Toronto in Canada and a Doctor of Juridical Science from East China University of Political Science and Law.
