Ms. Yan Jingjing currently serves as the General Manager of the East China Region for Purplevine IP Group, specializing in handling IP-related Corporate Management Consulting Services, Investment Due Diligence, IPO Consulting, Dispute Resolutions, etc. In recent years, Ms. Yan and her team have provided services to dozens of domestic and international benchmark enterprises, including TCL ZhongHuan, 711 Research Institute of China State Shipbuilding Corporation (CSSC), Ecovacs, Sunwoda, Schaeffler, and Aptiv. Ms. Yan and her team have also supported investment entities such as TCL T Fund in handling IP investigations for numerous domestic and overseas M&A projects, assisted securities institutes such as China Everbright Securities in handling IP consultations for multiple IPO projects, and led the resolution of a series of IP dispute cases, including those involving DK Electronic Materials, Inc.
