Wei Yue graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology, majoring in Mechatronic Engineering. He has 10 years of experience in R&D and supply chain management in the communications equipment and auto parts industries. He joined Shanghai Patent and Trademark Law Office Co., Ltd. in 2018. Currently, he works as a Senior Patent Attorney / Patent Litigation Agent in the Advanced Manufacturing & Industrial Design Division.

He boasts extensive experience in patent validation. His core practice covers Chinese patent filing, international patent filing, patent search and analysis, invalidity search and analysis, patent mining and portfolio planning, freedom-to-operate (FTO)/infringement risk search and analysis, patent invalidation, administrative litigation, and more.
