Personal Profile
Pan Minghua joined ZF in 2015 and currently serves as the Head of Intellectual Property for the Asia-Pacific region. Since joining the company, she has been responsible for building the IP team in China, establishing the internal IP management system for the Asia-Pacific region, and participating in the integration of IP operations across several business divisions of the group. Under her leadership, ZF has established a young, capable, and proactive IP team in China, which actively explores opportunities to leverage intellectual property in supporting business divisions to secure competitive advantages.

She previously worked as a patent attorney at the Shanghai Patent & Trademark Law Office for nearly a decade.

From 2001 to 2005, she studied Computer Science and Technology at Fudan University.
