With a career spanning nearly two decades, she has worked at top-tier law firms in Europe and the United States, as well as held core leadership roles in globally renowned companies such as Xiaomi, Yum China, Oracle, and eCarx, serving as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Intellectual Property Officer.
She is widely known for her exceptional ability to build systems "from 0 to 1," having successfully established and led global legal, compliance, and intellectual property frameworks on multiple occasions. She has been deeply involved in key corporate initiatives, including strategic planning, IPOs, the establishment of overseas supply chains and sales networks, major transactions, and complex domestic and international litigation. In an environment significantly influenced by geopolitics, the systems she developed have effectively safeguarded the sustained and stable operation of enterprises.
