Yi Jiang graduated from Tongji University with a bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering and later received dual master's degrees from Tongji University and Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany. Currently General Manager of the Mechanical Division of Shanghai Patent and Trademark Office Co., Ltd., she has over 15 years of experience in the industry. She has extensive experience in intellectual property strategic planning, overseas patent portfolio development, and patent risk management. She has represented clients in nearly 100 patent invalidation and litigation cases, serving renowned domestic and international companies in diverse sectors, including automotive parts, medical devices, intelligent logistics, and high-end modern equipment. She has been recognized as an Outstanding Figure in Shanghai's Intellectual Property Services sector.
