Vincent Lin is currently the Senior IP Attorney at OPPO, responsible for the company's patent licensing, patent transactions and patent monetization business.

Prior to joining OPPO, Vincent worked in several multinational companies as the head of patent licensing. Since joining OPPO in 2019, Vincent has led OPPO's IP department to reach patent license or cross-license agreements with a number of major patentees in the industry, creating huge IP values for the company. In addition, under his leadership, OPPO's patent license revenue has been growing steadily.

Vincent has been recognized in the 'IAM Strategy 300 of The World’s Leading IP strategists' and 'IPR Daily Asia 40 IP In-house’.

Vincent have two Master Degrees in Engineering and Laws.
