Wang Yanfang is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the Intellectual Property School of East China University of Political Science and Law, having been recruited as a high-level talent by the university in September 2021. She concurrently serves as a member of the Expert Database of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, an expert in the National Intellectual Property Administration's Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response Expert Database, and an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration. Additionally, she is a member of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Expert Group and a WIPO arbitrator. With extensive experience in intellectual property adjudication and judicial training, she has long been involved in IP-related legislative and amendment processes, as well as the drafting of judicial interpretations.
