Personal Profile
Mr. Zhang founded IPHouse in 2014 and has served as the Chairman since then. Previously, he worked for newspapers under the State Administration of Market Regulation (formerly the State Administration for Industry and Commerce) as a professional journalist and editor, where he held the positions of editor-in-chief, assistant to the president, etc. 

He is one of the chief editors of several publications including Trademark Registration and Protection in China, and Judges' Analysis on Difficult Trademark Cases Handled by Beijing Courts (Vol. 2011-2015). 

He is currently employed as a supervisor of the Beijing Sunshine Intellectual Property Mediation Center, an academic advisor to the Center for Intellectual Property and Technology Security Research at University of International Relations, and a researcher at the Rule of Law Center of the School of Cultural Industries Management at the Communication University of China.
